TESTIMONIALS
“Este fue mi primer trabajo y tuve que aprender a manejarme y vivir sola, manejar mi dinero y administrarme a mí misma.”
“I learned so much by connecting with people of different ages, cultures, and languages. I arrived very shy and embarrassed to speak English, and ended up communicating with ease. Be patient: after a week you adapt, and it is all worth it.”
“El ambiente de trabajo es espectacular, y los compañeros son increíbles.”
“What I doubted most was whether I could do it on my own. Today I would tell anyone to go for it: you meet people as soon as you arrive and become close very quickly. I have studied English for 15 years, but using it every day is what gives you fluency.”
“Le recomendaría que ni lo dude, que es lo mejor que pueden hacer. Te abre la cabeza.”
“It is an experience everyone should have at least once: another culture, international friends, travel, and you return with more commitment and responsibility. Guille was always ready to help with anything I needed.”
“Las mejores realmente era poder estar trabajando al aire libre y no en una oficina.”
“I was surprised by how warm people were and how well I was treated in an unusual work-and-travel destination. I explored Portland and Mt Hood, then spent five days in New York. My advice: say yes to everything and do not pack too much.”
“Primero que nada que traten de anotarse a principio de año para tener más posibilidades de ir.”
“No hay que tenerle miedo, es una experiencia increíble.”

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
There is some flexibility, but the final destination depends on the dates you can travel and your English level. We cannot guarantee a specific destination.
The sooner, the better. Openings are limited, and starting early gives you access to more job and destination options and time to organize your documents and move forward with the visa process.
Enrollment opens in January and the job application platforms open between April and May. New job opportunities keep coming in over the following months and spots fill up as the season goes on, so we recommend not waiting until the last minute to start your process.
It depends on the employer and the destination. In many cases the employer offers or arranges accommodation, and its cost may be deducted from your pay. If the employer doesn't offer it, you will need to find a place on your own. Keep in mind that destinations with higher wages can also have higher accommodation costs, so it's important to weigh which job offer suits you best.
Yes. It is mandatory for everyone who travels and is filed before April each year (the US tax year), with the W-2 form issued by your employer. It is important to do it right and read the information carefully to fill in the form when you arrive in the United States. Interlatina offers the filing as a separate service.
