Description

Live a unique experience in the United States by participating in a paid internship related to your field of study or professional background.
Broaden your knowledge, discover a new culture, and embark on the adventure of living in the U.S. for a period of 6 to 18 months.

Requirements

To apply for the program, you must meet the following essential requirements:


a) Have completed at least two years of tertiary or university studies, or have a minimum of five years of professional experience in the relevant field.
b) University graduates must have at least one year of work experience in their area.
c) Have an intermediate to advanced level of English.
d) Possess a valid passport at the time of application. The passport must be valid for at least six (6) months beyond your intended return date.
e) Be 30 years old or younger at the time of application.
f) Be available for a minimum of 6 months to participate in the program.


Applicants must submit all documentation to support the requirements listed above.

What this visa allows

This visa allows you to travel to the United States for 6 to 18 months to complete a professional internship in your area of study or expertise.You will gain international work experience, explore a new culture, and increase your independence in a new environment.Additionally, you’ll improve your English skills, expand your vocabulary, and deepen your overall language proficiency.

Application process



  1. Enrollment & English Interview
    To begin the process, you must pay a registration fee of $350 USD. Once registered, we will schedule an English interview with one of our advisors to assess your language level and start your application.




  2. Document Preparation
    You will work with one of our advisors to prepare your documentation folder. Required documents include:
    - Your CV in English
    - Valid passport
    - Academic and/or professional background
    - Proof of financial support
    - Other supporting materials as needed.




  3. Job Placement
    We will start the job search and find an employer who will interview you. If successful, the employer will issue a formal job offer, which you must sign.




  4. Final Payment & Visa
    You’ll then pay the final program fee, which will vary depending on your academic background and the duration of your internship.
    Once paid, we will guide you through the visa application process and help you get ready to book your flight.




 



From the moment we receive your full documentation (Step 1) until your departure to the United States, the process may take between 12 and 14 weeks. In some cases, it may be shorter, depending on job availability.


Medical insurance and flights



  • Health Insurance is included in the program. It covers accidents, illnesses, and limited emergency dental care. Routine check-ups are not covered.




  • You can purchase your flight ticket through InterLatina. Ask us about our current flight deals.
