CORPORATE SPECIAL SERVICES
Pre‐travel services: ASSIST‐CARD will be advised when you obtain vivas or special documents than can be needed for the next trip.
Personal assistance: ASSIST‐CARD will inform you about new flights and we will make the bookings. Also we will advise you on the places to visit and places to eat and we will make your reservations.
Transfers to the airport: ASSIST‐CARD will coordinate the transfers to and from the airport.
Taxi service: ASSIST‐CARD will coordinate your taxis in the city of your destination.
Passenger assistance: ASSIST‐CARD recommends touristic places for you to visit and will also reserve hotels for you for your weekend abroad.
IT support: ASSIST‐CARD will help you with technological problems that can prop up on your PC or smartphone.
Access to the ASSIST‐CARD application for smart phones
IT IS VERY IMPORTANT THAT YOU KNOW, THAT YOUR ASSIST‐CARD CORPORATE MEMBERSHIP CARD HAS TO BE VALID AT THE MOMENT OF ACTIVATING THE SERVICE FOR YOUR TRIP AND DURING THE WHOLE VALIDITY. REMEMBER, THE ASSIST‐CARD MEMBERSHIP CARD DOES NOT INCLUDE THE ASSISTANCE SERVICE, THAT HAS TO BE ACTIVATED BY THE COMPANY BEFORE EACH OF YOUR TRIPS.

*Includes: medical check‐ups, attention from specialists, contact with the top pediatrician, labour and pregnancy until week 26, complementary medical exams, physical recuperation therapy in the case of trauma, medicine, emergency dentistry, hospitalisations, surgery operations, intensive therapy and coronary unit.
Important: Indicated are covered by policies taken out with insurance companies and exclusions apply for usual and/or legal use for this type of coverage and approved by the Insurance Regulatory Agency in the country where the ASSIST ‐CARD was issued.
