Description

By creating, we mean producing adult social sports leagues, our own special events, and contracted event work, all focused on fun and play.
By sharing, we mean creating digital and print editorial content from the fun experiences happening in and around our communities.
We host softball, volleyball, cornhole, dodgeball, skeeball, shuffleboard, kickball, bocce ball, soccer, flag football, and other fun social sports.
RESPONSIBILITIES IN THE POSITION
Work with sports teams on advertised daily tasks such as answering emails, confirming permits, organizing teams for night drops, etc.
Updated rules and regulations for league sports through print and online.
Help conduct staff evaluations.
Create training tools that will be used to train new and veteran staff.
SKILLS NEEDED
You must be passionate about sports.
Being good at handling dynamic situations, having control under pressure and being a fun and sociable person.
Student in a career in Sports Management, Human Resources Management, etc.
Highly motivated attitude, detail oriented and looking for continuous improvement.
Experience with social sports for adults.
Experience with Google Suite.
