Requirements
- Advanced student or recent graduate in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field
- No prior experience required
- Intermediate to advanced level of English
- Age between 20 and 30 years

Program

- Free shared housing (a $350 security deposit is required, deducted at $35 per paycheck, and fully refundable upon successful completion of the program and housing inspection)

Description
An exclusive private club located in Boca Raton, Florida, is seeking to host an international intern for a professional training experience in the area of Hospitality and Food & Beverage Services. Over the course of the 12-month program, the participant will receive practical training in leadership communication, onboarding processes, teamwork, and high-end service.
This internship will allow you to develop key skills to work in international resorts or hotels, providing top-tier service in an exclusive environment, actively participating in new employee onboarding, strengthening your customer service mindset, and training in hospitality operations and food & beverage service.
