Description
A fast-growing hospitality company with multiple restaurants, breweries, and accommodations throughout Alaska is seeking an international intern to support the Human Resources Department.
This internship offers hands-on experience in a dynamic, seasonal environment where you will be involved in onboarding processes, employee housing management, and organizational data maintenance.
The main responsibilities include monitoring and assigning employee housing, communicating and coordinating with maintenance and housing teams, assisting with onboarding processes such as background checks, document collection, and orientation organization, maintaining organizational charts and corporate directories, providing general administrative support within the HR department, and assisting with audits, reports, labor relations projects, and internal communications.
