Program

We will make arrangements for your accommodations and will deduct $600.00 per month for housing and utilities (electric, and water). The independent living accommodations arranged for by our farm include a bedroom, which you may share with one other roommate, and shared meal preparation facilities. In addition, the medical insurance that will be provided for you by WISE is valued at $85 per month. Insurance coverage is provided at no out-of-pocket expense to you. (Please refer to your program manual for details of medical coverage.) You will have a weekly cleaning service come in and clean your house at your expense. The charge is $15 per trainee per week and will be added to your payroll deduction mentioned above. All cleaning supplies are provided by the cleaner. House rules are also posted to maintain cleanliness. We are very proud of the quality of our housing and strive to keep it in good condition. To help insure this, we will require you to establish a housing deposit of $400. This will be deducted from your payroll at the rate of $100 per month for the first four months. If your living quarters are kept and left in the same or better condition when you leave as when you arrived, you will receive this deposit back at the completion of your program. Any repairs necessary, however, will be deducted from this deposit.
