Participants will live @ 9000 feet in the heart of the Rocky Mountains, hiking, renting a jeep and going 4 wheeling, fishing and back packing on their days off, we have low temperatures in the evening, very outdoorsy, raspberry picking...star gazing is very prominent as we have very clear skies and no air pollution. Winter provides an entirely different climate. Very pristine, beautiful white mountains. Silverton from Summer to winter is like coming to two different places. Snowshoeing, snowmobiling, skiing are all available right outside your door. We do have temperatures that drop below 0 degrees. Please bring appropriate winter attire. We have made the national weather channel many times for our extreme weather. Feel free to google us. We are home to Silverton Mountain which is extreme skiing. Many skiers from all over the world come here in the winter to experience our snow.

Housing is upstairs from the store and will have access to bathroom. 2 bedrooms, 4 beds. Housing is $200 per month per person staying on premises. utilities are included. Bedding and towels are provided, expected to keep area clean. Plates, silverware, cups are provided as well. Access to a kitchen is available sometimes.
